One [[:Ratings:Grit Points#Grit Points|Grit Point]] is gained when taking a [[Game Mechanics:Rest]]. A [[:Character]] cannot have more [[:Ratings:Grit Points#Grit Points]] than their [[:Stats:Current Stats|Current]] [[:Stats:Grit]].
