Magic Ritual; X/Variable X Mana
You perform wild magic, in the form of an Invocation like act. This Ability can be used to perform any effect by magic, that is Appropriate for a Spell. Discuss what feels Appropriate for the situation and agree on a Severity and Interval for the effect, then perform a Magic Ritual.

The Severity of the Ritual should be based upon the rough power of the magical effect, roughly 35 + 15*Rank of the effect, while the Interval should be based on an Appropriate amount of time to harness such power.

Example: If Johnny Tutorial were to attempt to create an [Astral Gateway], commonly a Rank 7 effect, then the Severity would be 140, the Interval would be Minute and the Mana cost would be 4.

If the Ritual is completed Successfully, then the Invocation is invoked as normal. If any Check to advance the Ritual is a Critical Failure or the Ritual is cancelled from a Failed Multitasking Save or any other such effect, then you lose the Mana cost of the Ritual and suffer a Miscast.
