Outcomes can be Upgraded through the use of certain Masteries, Items or Abilities. When Upgrading an Outcome advance along the following list from your starting Outcome and move up once per Upgrade. Outcomes can never be Upgraded beyond Critical Success.
Example: Johnny Tutorial performs an Attack that Fails. Johnny uses a once per Encounter Ability to Upgrade his Failure into a Success.
