Agility + Smarts
Initiative is the representation of a Character's preparedness and response in hostile situations.
A high Initiative means a character is more likely to act before others in scenarios where they and their group are the instigators of hostile action or are unsurprised by an enemies hostile action.
Characters with high Initiative will also have more Actions, as Action Points are derived from the same stats.
