[[:Mechanic:Drag]] reduces the [[:Character:Rating:Speed]] [[Character:Rating]] of an [Entity]. [[:Mechanic:Drag]] can't reduce the [[:Character:Rating:Speed]] [[Character:Rating]] below 0.\\

Example: Johnny Tutorial has 5 base [[:Character:Rating:Speed]] and 1 [[:Mechanic:Drag]]. Therefore, when determining his [Total] [[:Character:Rating:Speed]] [[Character:Rating]], Johnny reduces his [[:Character:Rating:Speed]] of 5 by his [[:Mechanic:Drag]] of 1 for a [Total] of 4 [[:Character:Rating:Speed]].
