The Value and Upkeep are lowered by 10% (already included in the above) due to availability. However, because of the commonality, the object can only be sold for 1% of its total Value.
If the object is a [Component] or [Mod], [Installed] into a Vehicle or Item, respectively, then you only increase the Vehicle or Items Value by 1% of the [Component] or [Mods] Value.
