When performing the Reload Action you may change the ammunition to gain the listed effects, in addition to restoring the available Ammo. An Item can only recieve the benefit of one type of ammunition at once and can be loaded with it's default ammunition, to remove the effects, if desired.
The Upkeep cost of this Mod is based on the Items base Upkeep, before it is modified in any way from other Mods or any other sources.
