Turn Order
The [Turn Order] is a mechanical term. It is the sequence and structure in which [Characters] take their [Turns] in an [Encounter].
The [Turn Order] determines when each [Character] in the [Encounter] can act based on the [Total] of their [Initiative] or [Reaction] [Checks]. Once the order is determined the [Environmental Step] occurs. Then the [Character] with the highest [Total] takes their [Turn] first, then each [Character] in descending order takes their [Turn] until the [Character] with the lowest [Total], who takes their [Turn] last.
Once the [Character] last in the [Turn Order] passes their [Turn], a new round begins. This process repeats until either the [Encounter] ends or it is deemed [Appropriate] to stop using the [Turn Order] for the remainder of the [Encounter].
