Requirement

Requirement is a mechanical term. It is the raw capability required to wield an Item effectively, often the strength to lift it.

Requirement is the Ranks in a Stat needed to use the an Item, if your Character's relevant Stat does not equal or exceed that of the Item's Requirement, you cannot Equip that Item.
