 A NeuraCore is an extremely powerful microprocessor. It grants the user all of the functions one would expect of having a computer installed into their head, akin to a powerful communicator. It can be hard to determine its powers and limitations, given that the tools smartphones have change over time, as such, whenever you at home may be playing this, your typical smartphone may have features not listed above. Y'all will have to decide moment to moment what that means for your games, as I can't. What I can do is tell you the intention of the rules and let y'all work it out with grace and respect for each other's opinions. The main intention that I would state is that the NeuraCore is to facilitate the narrative. If the party is stuck, using it to call an Info Broker or solve a difficult equation to get a lead is exactly the kind of situation it is intended for. However, arguing that a character shouldn't be able to get lost on an unexplored world because their NeuraCore would have a Maps App isn't, getting lost is part of the narrative.
