Acquired

Acquired is a mechanical term. It is the act of using a Perception to draw Line of Sight to an object or Entity. Acquiring an object or Entity means you have an effective and viable means of interacting with them in a physical manner, be it in close or long range.

Acquired is used most often to determine if it is possible for you to Attack an object or Entity in a martial way, such as through the Combat Action.

Please Note: Objects and Entities can be Acquired at Dull Visual, based on [Light Level], and Average on all other Perceptions except for Social, which can't be used to determine Line Of Sight.
