Archetype and Subtype

All Items fall into a set of Archetypes and Subtypes, these types indicate a number of things such as:

• In what Inventory slot an Item is effective
• What Upgrades may be installed on the Item
• What rules such as Masteries and Traits may affect the Item

A Type of Apparel, like all apparel only offers its benefits while stored in the Body Slot
