Spells

A [Spell] is a type of [Action]. Unless otherwise specified, a [Spell] requires a single [AP] to activate. It will additionally cost [Mana], which will be specified by the [Spell]. [Spells], like most [Actions], require both LoS and LoE.

Finally, a [Spell] can be [Countered] by various [Spells], [Items] or [Abilities].
