Upkeep

The Cost in IFSS standard Credits that must be paid at the end of the 10 day Cycle to keep the Item operational. if the Upkeep is not paid you still keep the Item but i cannot be used and offers no benefits until the Upkeep is paid. (this can be done anytime as Appropiate)
