The final combined number of a Dice Pool after adding together all Results and Static Modifiers.

Example: A [CC] is asked to take a Tech Check of DC 24.

• First they must assemble their Dice Pool by taking a D20 and then adding any Bonus Die gained from their Job, Race, Masteries, Items or any other source.
• Then those [Dice] are rolled and their Results added together, in this case they rolled 1D4 (Result of 2) and 1D6 (Result of 4) in addition to their D20 (Result of 16) for a combined Result of 22.
• Then add the Static Modifiers, in this case the [CC] has a [Wits] [Stat] of 6 and 4 Ranks in the Tech Skill for a combined Static Modifier of +10.
• Combining these two numbers gives us a Total of 32 for the pending Tech Check which exceeds the DC of 24, allowing the [CC] to achieve [Success].
