Effects
This Weapon doesn't Attack normally, and as such can not perform the Opportunity Attack or Intercept Actions. Instead while Equipped gain the following Ability Action All Characters other than yourself, within 36 Units, perform a Will Save (Vs Magic). If failed, they take Damage from the Harp of Heavens. If Critically Failed, they suffer an Injury instead, as if by an Attack. and as such this can be Downgraded with the Mettle Action as normal.
