Whenever you make a successful Attack with the Net, in addition to dealing Damage, the target generates D4 less Action Points at the start of their Turn, until the end of the Encounter. This effect can be ended early by performing the following Coordination Ritual; 80/Action to become untangled from the net. Once used, the Net must be physically retreived to be able to be used again. (This requires an Interaction Action within Adjaceny of the Net, either on the Entangled target, or where it was dropped once removed).
