| While Equipped in a Hand Slot, gain the following Ability. Trait Increase the Light Level once. You can use an Action to enable or disable this Trait. The Torch can't increase the Light Level to Blinding. ( Ash's Aside: Nor can it be used to increase the Light Level to Bright and then use something else increase the Light Level to Blinding, don't be a smart arse). In addition, this Item can also be stored in a Holster and Equipped in a Hand as if it were Equipment. |
