Drag

Drag is a mechanical term and non-Character Rating. It can be found on [Items], [Vehicles], etc.

Drag reduces the Speed Rating of an [Entity]. Drag can't reduce the Speed Rating below 0.

Example: Johnny Tutorial has 5 base Speed and 1 Drag. Therefore, when determining his [Total] Speed Rating to write on his character sheet, he reduces his Speed of 5 by 1 and records 4 Speed.
