Reaction is a representation of a Character's alertness and ability to respond to stimuli rapidly, being caught unaware? barely with a high Reaction.
A high Reaction means a character is more likely to act before others in scenarios where they and their group are caught unawares or otherwise unprepared for an Encounter.

Characters with high Reaction will have more Quick Actions, as quick_action_points are derived from the same Stats.
