This Item can be dual-wielded, one in each hand. Increase the Brawn Requirement by 2 to do so. If you perform a Combat Action while dual-wielding a pair of [Balanced] Weapons, you perform two Attacks, one with each.

Note: This does not require the Weapons to be a pair of the same Weapon.
