Perceived

Perceived is a mechanical term. It is the act of using a Perception to discern if an object or other Entity is near or present. An object or Entity is Perceived when another Entity is able to use a primary Perception to observe them, as Appropriate.

Please Note: Objects and Entities can be Perceived at Dull Visual, based on [Light Level], as well as Dull for all other Perceptions.
