Ash's Aside
A social setting is not a defined term. It mostly means a debate, negotiation, interview or other setting where people are solving issues with words. This is intended to augment Abilities like Barb and Staunch, not the Strain Damage dealt by your fists or a Taser. Exactly where a social setting starts and ends is a matter of perspective, and thus, Players should have a discussion to determine if the current situation feels like a social setting or something else. Social doesn't mean friendly or hostile, it simply means social.
