| Whenever you make a successful Attack with the Net Launcher, in addition to dealing Damage, the target generates D4 less Action Points at the start of their Turn, until the end of the Encounter. This effect can be ended early by performing the following Coordination Ritual; 80/Action. Once used, the Net must be physically retreived for the Net Launcher to be able to be used again. ( This requires an Interaction Action within Adjacency of the Net, either on the entangled target, or where it was dropped once removed ). |
