| While Equipped gain the following Ability. Double Action Make an Athletics Attack VS the Defence of an Adjacent Target. If successful, the Target immediately drops any items in their Hands. Until the MANAcles are removed, the target can't use their Hands, cast a Spell, start an Invocation or spend Mana. The MANAcles can be removed as a Double Action by you, or by someone else, including the prisoner, by performing the following Ritual. If the prisoner attempts to perform the Ritual, they will do so at Disadvantage. Coordination Ritual; 80/Turn Release yourself or a Target from a set of MANAcles. (Please note, this Ritual can be disrupted by any Adjacent Character using the Disrupt action, as normal. Therefore the prisoner would require a significant degree of stealth or subterfuge to finish this Ritual undisturbed). |
