If you don't have enough Mana, you Miscast and don't gain any benefits. You must have at least 1 Mana to use the item. At Mk. 2, you also gain the benefits of the Fine Property as well. At Mk. 3, you no longer gain the Trusty Property and you gain the benefits of the Artisinal_Construction Property instead. |
